CT Technologist Job in Hazleton, PA

You will perform computed tomography imaging procedures at LVH - Hazleton, a community hospital setting. This is a 140-day travel assignment beginning October 19, 2026, with 4x10 night shifts (7:00 PM to 7:00 AM). You will earn $3,091 per week.

Role Responsibilities

• Perform CT imaging procedures including abdomen, chest, head, pelvis, lumbar, thoracic, cervical, sinuses, soft tissue neck, and vascular studies
• Conduct advanced imaging including brain perfusion, cardiac imaging, carotid studies, and CT arthrography
• Perform 3D rendering techniques such as maximum intensity projection, surface shaded displays, and volume rendering
• Execute multiplanar reconstruction and region of interest measurements
• Perform aspirations, biopsies, and preparation and administration of contrast media
• Start peripheral IVs and perform venipuncture
• Operate GE and Philips equipment and PACS systems
• Work with patients across all age groups: infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics

Schedule and Staffing

• Shifts may vary and include 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM, 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM
• Rotating weekends and holidays required; every third weekend required
• No floating required
• No on-call required

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience required
• Work setting experience required in Adult Acute Care, Emergency Department, Pediatric Outpatient, and Level II Trauma
• Required certifications: ARRT CT and BLS
• Epic charting system experience required
• Community hospital experience required
• Scrub color: Navy, grey, or black
